Great people to work with Manager very flexible and relaxed Good pay and benefits

Cons

Little variety in projects Not much on-the-job training - it's trial by fire Difficult moving from test to design because of need of advanced degrees Massive pressure from largest customer, who basically owns the company. If they say jump, we say "how high?"
