      Pros

      I eventually got paid. The location is good.

      Cons

      Despite promoting work/life balance throughout the interviews, there was no work life balance. Despite interviewing just two weeks before starting, I worked on nothing that was discussed during the interview. I was personally berated for over 30 minutes by a project manager in my first week there. This type of behavior is acceptable there.

      Get to work with some of the brightest engineers in the semiconductor industry. Always pushing the envelope with tech and audio processing dev.

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of cons with the company. There are some frequent lay-offs with start-up departments.
