      Good place to work and can get a very impressive benefit from work once you work for this company over 3 years.

      Cons

      Products have a very long lifecycle. Hence, the projects are not moving very quickly. This work style will keep employee more easy to balance between work and life. If you would like to usually take some challenges from work, you will need to consider about it.
