This company has Very good culture. There is a team trying to make employee happy. Total compensation package is decent if you can deliver.

Cons

Not too much chance to have decent training. You will have to learn by yourselves or from your coworkers. Technical review is not very serious.

Cons

Downtown traffic is horrible, focus on surveys too much. Need diversification and not focus only on one customer.
