      The middle management in the UK. Too hire and fire creates unpleasantness.

      Constant restructuring!!!

      Pros

      Fun environment, employee's are dedicated, hardworking.

      Cons

      Too many close relationships, with senior managment. Very hard to advance if your not a part of the "in crowd". Constant restructuring and axing good employee's. Senior VP of Engineering MSA very stern and hard to work with, major discourse and low morale since he was hired in 2008.

      1) The projects you get to work on are interesting and challenging.

      The salary wasn't great. There was lot of internal politics
