I left another job to work here since it was closer to home and family. Cirtec works on cool products and technology

Cons

Terrible management with a lot of favoritism, high turn over, no room for growth, poor scheduling, double standards, no care for its employees. The culture is so toxic that taking lunch breaks or having to leave early for personal reasons is extremely frowned upon. The employees are very young and cliquey.
