Cirtec has a large variety of products and projects to work on for a variety of customers, from the very smallest medical device startups to the largest OEMs so it is never boring. It is in that “sweet” spot of company size where is has established procedures and departments but isn’t bogged down with large company bureaucracies. Work life balance is great as people usually do not put in much, if any, overtime.

Cons

Cirtec runs somewhat chaotically and inefficiently. Most of our time is encouraged to be on customer projects which does not allow time for internal continuous improvement. Cirtec also has a very flat management structure, which works well for people who can work independently, but not as well for those who need more managerial guidance.
