Teammates were fully engaged giving their best effort to "get the job done". Very challenging and interesting technical work. Opportunity to learn and grow as you prepare to move onto to your next career move beyond Cirtec Medical.

Cons

The workplace culture is very stressful, not well organized and chaotic. The general manager should learn to properly delegate and respect inputs from his experienced, well educated engineering, technical and professional staff. He/she/they/them has tendency to micromanage rather than delegating important decisions to specialized staff, The employee turnover rate is very high, especially for the technical, engineering, and professional staff.
