Absolutely everything. This company is toxic, they care very little if at all for their employees.

Needed a job but no growth to compensate performance

Have excellent personal and training with specific people. Love my lead since she made sure I am capable of performing job. Couldn't ask for someone better and appreciate the time she took to train me!! Much love and respect to her!!!!

Cons

No growth or opportunities, others who work there longer do less work and creating more scrap compared to those with less experience out performing and reducing scrap to less than 1%. Rotate work to expand percentage of overall knowledge of product line. Those with greater experience should have more than 80% knowledge if not greater and perform majority of said processes. Those of higher positions should be capable of doing majority without making complaints about a process. Practice make perfect rather than relying on others to do the work for them!!!
