Bonuses, great coworkers, generous Christmas parties

Cons

Expect salaried employees to put in significant (uncompensated) overtime, turn over is high as any minor discretion is cause for firing, even if the problem was unavoidable or not that employee's fault

A large variety of amazing projects in the med tech field. A year or two here will give you an awesome resume.

Cons

Company had trouble staying stable, leading to multiple rounds of lay offs when projects fell through. The turnover is incredibly high and this is not a long-term career prospect.
