Pros
Worked a few days during the week.
Cons
Management was pretty bad. After leaving a good job that couldn’t give me the hours I needed I began working here because I needed hours that would fit my school schedule. Management doesn’t care at all about their employees especially if they couldn’t work because of injury, sick or pregnant. You have to meet your quota in the amount of work you get done and when you meet your quota they keep pushing you to do more and more until it is literally impossible to do the amount they ask during your shift. If you don’t do as many as they ask you risk getting written up. The shift supervisor overall lacked professionalism, would yell at and belittle employees if they made an honest mistake. A lot of micro management, and drama, not a good or professional work environment. For students looking to work the weekends, if you really need some form of income, it’s up to you, but I’m glad I left. It wasn’t worth it.
