Cisco is a huge company with great benefits and fair compensation. I would say the culture would depend on you team. In this current day, there has been a lot of internal change and restructuring so that would be the only down side to this.

Cons

A lot of change with little time to adjust and understand your goals sometimes. Sometimes the scope of the entire team can change. Be as agile as possible
