I don't see any pros unless you are coming from a service based company and want to get employed in product based company getting relatively more things to learn

Cons

Worst work life balance in ASIC group. Unless you are in PD. Not so great medical facilities or perks as provided vy other companies with such a large revenue and market cap. SW and support teams seem to have good work life balance but seemingly lower pays
