Chaotic mix of acquired companies. Desperate to hire people. Recently bought by Cisco, so a chance to move to a better job?

Cons

Low pay. Confusing "organic" systems. We deal with all operating systems, VM's, physical servers, EC2, Elastic, Azure, etc.. with random systems/services running on any of these. There is no up to date documentation. It is just ugly and is never going to get better.
