great culture, technology, opportunities, and smart people

Cons

sometimes too political, do not expect that your hard work will be rewarded, you have to think for your self - always, unless you have a mentor and a sponsor you will not grow career wise and can end up years on the same position - no matter how well you perform.

As with most large organizations, it is sometimes difficult to reconcile like projects that might be going within the organization.
