      - Great people - Lots of opportunities to move upwards - Clean and cool environment - Occasional mental health days

      Cons

      - Pay rate is low compared to the average rate across the country - Contracted employees are excluded from some employee appreciation events / must work on days non-contract employees need to - There is a clear difference in the treatment of non-contract employees and contract employees by the company
