      Good Pay, Good Benefits, and many nice people to work with

      Cons

      Lots of layoffs, weak management, Management doesn't have the back of employees, lots of contractors, seems like a high turnover rate. Political if you are not with the "in crowd" they will let you go in a heartbeat.
