I love the people that I work with - they support me and challenge me every single day! I also love that Cisco places such importance on giving back to the community. We are encouraged to give back with our time, and we even get 5 days of "giving back" time every year, in addition to regular time off. I also love that no matter my passion, or how I want to grow, there is a role for that at Cisco. I also love that I have had the chance to take a TON of leadership training throughout my career. There have been opportunities specific to being a woman - how to navigate an industry where I am a minority, and helpful tips on managing my career, and opportunities available to all, to grow as a team leader, a strategic leader, and as a person.

There is never a dull moment, always working with cutting edge technology with awesome executive coverage. Cisco opens doors where others struggle. Lots of opportunity to work with the best and interesting new technology with tremendous scope for innovation. I have rarely found leaders who are so supportive of "trying" things, whether its in the technology space or who we handle customers or teams.
