Pros

Health/Wellness benefits were some some of the best around.

Cons

The bean counters came in, rigged the rankings without warning, and poof, many former high-performing individuals suddenly weren't good enough. Funnily enough, many of them were long-timers with good salaries who were just about to turn 55. Bye bye institutional knowledge. Foolish, foolish management decisions.
