Pros

- good benefits - nice people to work with - nice environment - opportunity to develop technically

Cons

- In TAC sadly engineers do not have much time to take full advantage of the training / LAB materials as people is super busy with cases - In TAC you arrive to a point there isn't much more opportunity to growth - Opportunities are given depending on bussisnes need not necesarily the best person for the job - Cisco has been flag as supporting Israel operations in Gaza - Cisco lay off around 200 employees in Belgium after 5+ years of service. It is clear they do not care about employees (as they claim to do it while they find you useful)
