Pros

Cisco has a great reputation in the industry. If you can work there, you have many opportunities and doors that can open for you

Cons

This is a big company, so things don't move as quickly as we'd like sometimes (a little bureaucratic but it can be for good reason sometimes when you know that their products are rock solid).
