Pros
The sky is the limit, you are only limited by your own imaginations, and willingness to put yourself out there. You want to learn, grow, connect with others, etc. it is all available if you are willing to work hard and be open and communicative
Cons
As a new comer, it is a shock. It will take you a while to get used to the vastness of the company and the virtual work environment. Once you make connections get over the initial adjustment you can do well assuming you are willing to learn, connect with others and take responsibility for your career. If you are not good at acclimating to a new environment that moves fast, this is not the place for you
