      Not really the biggest startup in the world

      Pros

      Good compensation. Great internal interweb. Great access to tools and information. Employee benefits still pretty good.

      Cons

      It's not a startup, it's a zaibatsu, no matter how often you say it is a startup. It's an empire of feuding kingdoms, of battling kings, wandering minstrels, and knights errant looking for a chance to prove themselves.

      Very little promotional opportunity unless you are well connected and part of the clicks Very long hours Compensation being managed down for many years - aims to be in the middle of the industry Stock never moves - no more options given No job security - if you have a bad acct or bad BU you are cut irrespective of years in the company and performance
