Cons
Cisco is famous for slow and obtuse promotion processes. Young, high achievers leave. Though promotion is a major challenge, financial rewards for top performers can be good. Innovation tends to be through acquisition rather than organic. If you have disruptive ideas, leave Cisco, then position to be acquired.
