      1. Plenty of opportunities to learn on the job. 2. Great engineers 3. Cisco is the market leader in routing.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than competitors. Benefits have been cut down over the years. Stressful work environment.

      Pros

      Very flexible work hours. Work from home all the time. Some groups almost no works and no one really knows.

      Cons

      No promotions. very little raises. Bad management team who only cares themselves. Too much power point or spread sheets. No one is doing real work. Only talks.

      Best in breed product Good facility perks (cafe, running trails, gym)

      0 work-life balance - There was an article on our company's intranet site today stating that 85% of Cisco employees enjoy some flexible work from options however this is outright discouraged and prevented within WebEx sales. This is completely hypocritical since we are selling web-conferencing products which allow customers to conduct business "Any where, Any time, On Any Device" - Yes that is the company's cute tag line - just don't expect it to apply to WebEx sales professionals - not even when there is a severe snow storm. Their approach is to send an email reminding us to leave our house earlier so we can make it in on time... (Yeah don't even think about working from home on those occasions)
