      If you are self driven and can work autonomously without any guidance this place is a Nirvana. You can test every skill you thought you had and become an exceptional Product Manager

      Cons

      There are lot of bad Product Mangers here. So if you are just starting off as a PM then get a good mentor and its very hard to find one.

      Treat women as second class citizens. This company is an old dinosaur and needs a reorg up down and through the middle They fired me and then rehired me so that they didn't have to pay maternity leave HORRIBLE work life balance Political, crabs in a bucket company culture

      Cisco is a large company allowing it to invest in smaller innovative companies.

      Cons

      Cisco moved its headquarters to India over the past several years. This has dramatically changed the make up of its workforce. Most of its strategic vision is for Global investment. This strategy comes at the cost of American resources employment opportunities.
