      Pros

      High paying job compared to other second tier tech companies

      Cons

      This company is the epitome of fear based culture. Do not believe the "best company to work for" awards. I think employees are afraid to enter negative information in the surveys. You can expect "restructuring" frequently, even in good quarters. So much compensation is vesting that they save a ton by regular purges.

      Pros

      Laid back work culture, with some Hybrid roles.

      Cons

      CISCO pretends to care about causes but in reality it is all an act. The company underpaid minorities, but would try to recruit a “diverse” workforce. They also get around H1B Visa requirements and offer roles to international workers, while there are qualified American workers.

      Face-paced and challenging (in a great way)...when you get to do your job.

      Cons

      SE community is not respected. WAY too political environment. Focus on Exec "priority-of-the-month" and not on selling or solutioning. Almost no investment on customer travel or even face-to-face lunch or dinner with local customers.
