- quite possibly one of the best industry standard benefits - supportive community - easy to work across teams/orgs - open office; easy to discuss with skip management and 'no stupid question' policy at all levels

Cons

- due to my position, late night calls (9pm, 10pm, 11pm) 2-4 times a week, however I am flexible to adjust the following day - layoffs are indiscriminative
