Pros
Great culture, great benefits, great people to work with. Overall is a great place to work. I love that you do weekly chekcings via a platform called TeamSpace where you write what you love and what you loathe the earlier week. They want you to focus only in your streanghts and do what you love and you are passionate about.
Cons
i was a contractor for 8 years. It was a very long time and difficult to get converted in a blue badge. As a red badge you don’t have many benefits or payed vacation. It’s a huge difference in benefts.
