Pros

Good compensation and pay. Work from home option.

Cons

No growth. Do not see any innovation happening. Do not recommend for people who are starting new in career. Bunch of old people who does not know how to build product neither the team.

Pros

There are no pro's working at CISCO. Every other company I have ever worked at, they have policy published by their HR protecting employees from being subject to a Hostile Work Place...."Not Here".... No Such Protection ; and management will fire you, if you report it.....!!

Cons

Cisco is hostile work place ; for contractors. Here, you are subject to yelling, screaming, being sprayed with red-in-the-face profane language on daily basis. These people really sick...... We complain to manager ; and they threaten to fire me if I ever being this up again.........Oh, god what a pack of filthy monsters these people are.....All I can do now, hope I can find another job , and try to escape this brutal and violent "hell-hole" . . . .
