      Pros

      Very good work life balance. Good for Network skill sets.

      Cons

      Too many restructurings, affects visas, job stability. Don't be surprised to get stabbed even if you are a good worker.

      Pros

      Everyone in my area is very passionate about the product and I enjoy my immediate peers and folks I work with. I am able to take pride in the immediate work I do. It is a good company starting out from college as they allow very gradual ramp-ups for their new hires.

      Cons

      The benefits are ok, but the pay is definitely no where near comparable to the rest of the Bay area. Cisco prides themselves on their work life balance, but since joining I've always had a minimum of 3 nights per week where I'm pulled into night meetings. The Upper management is horrible and doesn't seem to care about their employees at all - they all seem incredibly out of touch with everything.
