Pros

Good pay, great people to work with, very smart. Flexible work location is a plus, not required to be in office.

Cons

Revolving door of leaders makes it hard to get traction on your own career while they rotate and flip all around you. It's like starting over and over again. Not fun.

Decent place to work, depending on your politics

Pros

Extra paid days off beyond normal holidays (e.g. 'A day for me' several times a year) Good pay

Cons

Heavily investing in politics, and enforcement of political messaging. It is not uncommon to have mandatory company meetings to listen to speeches from family members of elected officials. (Liberal/left only) Ostensibly open to all ideas, as long as they don't conflict with their preferred ideas. They encourage speech that is an 'echo' of their preferred messaging, but I saw several immediate terminations (like 1 hour later) after someone spoke out an opposite opinion during a time that opinions were 'welcomed' (again as long as it aligned with the orthodoxy) If your politics align with the US political left, you will be loved and fit right in here.
