      Pros

      you get a chance to work on advance technologies and with some great minds

      Cons

      Cisco keeps doing regular silent layoffs which make prevents CIsco from filling immigration petitions like Green Card. People keep waiting for years to get their PERM processed. So if you are looking for a sponsor to file GC for you then CIsco is not a place for you. Save your Big American Dream!

      Pros

      Life and work balance and good benefit packages.

      Cons

      Everything else is horrible. Lots of employees mainly act as "police officers" and lots of other people work like slaves.

      Used to be a great company, where the CEO was concerned about his employees. Today, all he cares about is the bottom line. Doesn't care about the health of the employees

      Too political... Experience does not matter to this company. They only look at 20 or 30-year-olds with no experience and that will take that job at low-cost. All about the bottom line. People do not matter. Used to be a great company in the 90s, but all they look for now, is trying to cut costs anywhere they can
