      Pros

      Company is financial stable and continues to make money each quarter. The company's benefits are competitive. Working at a larger site comes with extra perks like free gym membership.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to get things done internally because the company is SO large. The company has recently laid off some of its workforce, but it continues to add Sr VPs. Career advancement and salary increases are hard to come by - unless you are at the top! The company's stock has been flat for years, and the amount of RSAs that are given is insultingly low.

      In my group, it seems the only way to get ahead is to "play politics." But perhaps this is not a pervasive problem.

      Pros

      We can work from home part of the time. The company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs are impressive. I like it that our volunteering generates matching funds to nonprofits.

      Cons

      The politics have become challenging during the last year or so. It saddens me that some talented, wonderful people have left for this reason.
