Overall an okay place to work

Pros

Great work life balance, as you can cruise without doing a lot of work. If you can be on good terms with your manager/director you will get increments, stock and promotion without working.

Cons

It does not matter how hard you work or what you deliver, there is no increment in salary. Of course it might vary from team to team. But in general, the performance review is very opaque and first line managers are very biased based on different criteria.
