      Remote work is about the only positive aspect of working here

      Cons

      New owners are basically company apart. Mass layoffs of long term employees who make minimum wage yet brought in tons of overpaid, useless executives. Worst HR department. Employees constantly complain about HR but there’s no one to go to. No one’s job is safe and it’s a toxic environment.

      Cisive has encountered a lot of changes over the past year, including changes in our leadership structure. Based on a recent employee engagement survey, we have received favorable results across the organization, but we do recognize we have critical areas that require new strategies, programs and improvements. Our team is sought after on an hourly basis, indicating our team is recognized for their expertise and partnership, however, feedback can be directed to any member of the HR team or any member of our senior executive team. We encourage you and others to share the concerns openly. Feedback allows for growth and we are always looking to grow as a team.

      company expanded way too fast then ended up doing several layoffs and most were to more seasoned employees with alot of knowledge in alot of areas. Kept weaker employees with less knowledge
