      Pros

      Some nice people, clean office, some flexibility in time off. Close to home. Challenging job. If I would have been left alone to do my job with sufficient support, it would have been fine.

      Cons

      EVERYONE is unhappy. There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. They expect you to do the work of 3 people and don't listen to suggestions. Management rules by fear. There is cursing, slamming doors, yelling, berating in front of other employees. No pats on the back or appreciation. The management is always looking to throw someone under the bus instead of fixing the problem. It is a terrible place to work. People start the job smiling, and within months, look absolutely miserable

      Pros

      Paycheck every two weeks. Very clean.

      Cons

      Very low salary. Made more money 15 years ago. Inadequate training, very poor. May not be doing position you were hired for. Raises are EXTREMELY low, a joke. Benefits change every year. No dental insurance.
