      Pros

      Good benefits, room for advancement, most all employees are pleasant to work with, and a supportive management team who will help you reach your goals. It is not for everyone, but if you like production and are not afraid to put in the work then it can lead to a great career opportunity.

      Cons

      More on-the-job training for new hires.

      Pros

      No commute, interesting work, possibility for growth in the future. Positive changes made concerning employee programs but there's a lack of training.

      Cons

      Total lack of IT resources. The IT staff is poorly managed and nothing gets done. Certain staff members spend hours socializing, walking around and not working. Senior management is a boys club. If you aren't male or former military, you have no shot at moving up. Rumor has it the leader of a failing division is the new executive. Leads never get done or are done with errors but there's constant promotion of that division. CARCO rewards failure, not dedication&knowledge

      Growing Company. Positive Future Ahead

      Pros

      The company is experiencing growth and a lot of positive internal change. The workload may be high at times, but it is challenging and rewarding. As the company continues to grow and position themselves to be an industry leader, the opportunities for individuals to be part of and influence that change is unlimited.

      Cons

      As the company changes, some of the older policies and practices are still in place but I feel in time, these items will be current and offer the employees and the organization overall a huge benefit, allowing CARCO to be seen as an employer of choice.
