      Pros

      Great company to work for that expects hard work, but also acknowledges extra effort and gives out rewards and awards. They keep everyone in the loop on all of the exciting things going on and it's great to be working for a company that's growing, not like my last job. Very happy here so far, one year in and looking forward to many more!

      Cons

      The commute from out East can be long because of rush hour. Sometimes the work is intense, but it makes it worthwhile.

      Pros

      CARCO Group is an amazing company to work for and is growing at a rapid pace. They value hard work and give everyone an opportunity to shine. I could not imagine a better company to work for!

      Pros

      Long Island based. Reasonable compensation. Reasonable / flexible on hours. Have seen a dramatic improvement in morale as management has taken an interest in the employee feedback. Prior concerns over staffing and resources is being dealt with and creating a better environment.

      Cons

      Needs some pictures or plants to warm the office space.
