      Full turnover in C suite except CRO - big mistake

      Pros

      Company has talented employees but beats them down and gives them zero tools to succeed.

      Cons

      Organizational disaster - mass layoffs - full c suite has been fired and replaced - the CRO does absolutely nothing to help the teams succeed, everyone is shocked he’s still there.

      Remote and there is nothing else.

      Cons

      Stressful-Unprofessional- Disorganized - Unreliable - Untrustworthy. They only care about numbers. Even if you meet the numbers they will still 'lay-you-off.' Do not trust this company. Don't really have much to say. One of the worst experiences I have had.

      weekends off is the only pro

      Cons

      too much favoritism, training is horrible, can come to work one day and at the end of the day you can be terminated just like that, company does not care about your lively-hood outside of work, like if you get sick or your kid gets sick, etc, METRIC SYSTEM IS A BUNCH OF mess, THE ONES WHO GET THE EXTRA MONEY FROM METRICS, LIE AND MAKE UP STUFF, Honest work gets you fired, if you do get hired do not look at this job as long term just use it for experience and stepping stone for a real career
