Pros

Paycheck arrives every two weeks. Set hours. No weekends. Some supervisors are more willing to help and answer questions than others.

Cons

In general, very repetitive and the job becomes extremely boring. Job is production based and seems to have a quantity over quality of work mentality which promotes a self interest work environment rather than a team. Job security is non existent with threatening emails regarding production the norm. Extremely high turnover rate. Training is minimal with expectations at a maximum.

Pros

The company allows work from home or Hybrid

Cons

You can never get a proper leave. Minutes before you start your leave, the inconsiderate supervisor will still assign you cases as though you are the only employee who can handle it. Isn’t there 10 plus other people who are still working besides you? The people who leads does not even understand the report being generated by their own in house system, and the blame is always with the analyst. The higher forms of human being are all infallible and never make mistakes. The quality assurance people who are supposed to uphold quality are all poorly calibrated. Each QA has their own interpretation of rules and hence the analysts suffer because the errors are all personal views and not even aligned with any official rule. For a company whose been around for a while, the records keeping and information dissemination is horrible. They still use word and excel files that are saved on each person’s desktops. Imagine what happens if new information is needed to get shared!
