      World-class leadership team, solid client-centric foundation, uplifting company culture, and transparent company and employee performance process.

      Cons

      All-remote workforce can make it challenging to connect with co-workers.

      Not the best place I have worked, but far from the worst.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to learn. Long company history of success. Many really great people. Decent options for Health, Dental, Vision, Insurance, Retirement. Providing much needed services. Recent decisions have obviously been made to ensure continued profitability. Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Mostly outsourced HR & a mostly remote workforce means little direction that helps ensure company policies are met, people feel valued or answers/communication is sometimes incorrect/incomplete & often slow to receive. Health insurance is "Self funded" though administered by a 3rd party, but that means they may exclude some types of services that traditional health insurance may cover. Unlimited PTO sounds great, but it can be difficult to schedule & stick to because of the fast pace of the business. No employee resource/affinity groups.

      Pros

      The work environment was generally good in terms of structure and operations. However, the people in charge seemed to follow policies and procedures like they were reading straight out of a rulebook—without taking into account the human side of things. There was little to no consideration for employees’ emotions or individual circumstances.

      The HR management is suck!!
