      Pros

      I work for a division of CARCO Group and I have to say that I enjoy working with the team members. All have been supportive, encouraging and helpful. I recently had a health issue that potentially could have caused me to miss a lot of work. My boss and the division president were both flexible and fair and they truly care about my well-being. I love working with this group of people! I liked it so much that I recommended a friend join our team.

      Cons

      It would be nice if our pay scale was a bit higher.

      Great Employer! Fantastic Growth Opportunity!

      Pros

      The Management and Leadership are strong and strive to grow their Employees. I enjoy the drive and ambition that is encouraged within the workplace. The company has continued with a yearly growth rate of 15-19% . I enjoy working for a company with Large but attainable goals. The environment is clean/professional and uplifting. I am grateful and blessed to work for a fantastic company.

      Cons

      I would love to see a newsletter to employees bi-weekly. Which is currently being addressed and discussed. I appreciate working for a company that listens to needs and addresses them as Carco/Cisive continues to do.
