      Fun co-workers, 9-5 with benefits

      Cons

      The management sucks! They always changing things and think its making it better but it makes worse. Production is slack the minimum she be way way more than 11.67 when this company makes alot of money. They look over senior employees & promote new ones. Sorry training, lack of communication, def dont care about their employees.

      This is a family-oriented company.

      This company is small minded. The owner, in his infinite wisdom as well as in his 90's, is still daily running this company. He is allowing this company to get smaller and smaller until they can no longer sustain.

      Ability to work independently with great team lead assistance. Great incentives with unlimited overtime.

      Cons

      Mix communication is giving a lot and you will need your own personal fan because the ac is not the best.
