Pros

Nothing. There is absolutely nothing positive about this terrible place.

Cons

Everything about this company awful. The tech stack is awful. Critical programs are badly designed and poorly implemented. There is no technical vision or leadership, just people trying to keep the lights on day-over-day with tactical patches. The support burden is awful. Systems require 24/7 high-touch support to stay operational. The work-life balance is awful. No matter what else if happening in your life, you are expected to prioritize Citadels’ needs. The people are awful. I can count on one hand the number of generally helpful coworkers I’ve had over the years. The vast majority are more concerned with protecting their own little fiefdoms than working towards any kind of common goal. The culture is awful. Management is composed of careerist tyrants who will gleefully throw you under the bus to advance their own standing. This firm is orders of magnitude worse than anything I’ve experienced. Do not work here.
