      Pros

      Came here straight out of college and been at Citadel for 2.5 years 1. Great opportunity for new grads to learn as much as possible - there were courses by university professors to teach everyone about finance to make sure everyone is on the same page 2. Really intelligent employees that are very willing to help

      Solid pay. Free breakfast and lunch. Smart coworkers. Invests a good deal in its employees.

      Long hours, but nothing terrible. Frowned upon to take a vacation longer than a week.
