      The software rotational program is excellent for new grads to grow as software engineers. Pay is great as well.

      Slightly longer hours (50 hour weeks), but standard for the industry.

      Great benefits and OK amenities in the offices. Onsite health clinic.

      Cons

      High turnover rate, no transparency, senior management has no clue what happens, no accountability. Absolutely no work life balance. Sky high expectations. No proper management scheme. No room for growth, always hiring outside.
