Pros

Good comp, the smartest people I've had the pleasure to work with.

Cons

Bad WLB. They make you work for your comp, which is fair. Not much room for career growth. Both college hires and external hires are expected to perform at the same high bar, but once you get in there's no room for promotion unless you enter the managerial track.
