Disappointing to read your review, but appreciate your taking the time to write something. Employee welfare is a keystone in Citco’s values and something we articulate through our benefits and healthcare offering to staff. Our culture has always been to promote from within, however advancement is based on merit and we’re sorry to see that you felt otherwise. While the reorganisation of some offices is in line with our global strategy to increase efficiencies that has been communicated over the past few years it is never easy when the day comes.
