Pros

The pay is good and the flexability is unbelievable. You can work from home when you want and make your own schedule.

Cons

Moving up is based on who you know and not how well you do your job. They lay people off that have been there for a long time and then hire new employees to pay them less.

Pros

Overall compensation package potential, career growth and flexible work schedule. It helped that I worked with senior managers who supported me in my endeavors and were unafraid in providing constructive criticism.

Cons

Lacking good coaching from and interaction with my direct supervisor.
